Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Incytes Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates NetScout Cloud. This policy explains what
data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell your data.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: email address, hashed password, first and last name,
registration timestamp, account type (Trial / Customer).
- Network telemetry: device IP/MAC addresses, hostnames, open ports,
NIDS/HIDS security events, path measurement results, and agent heartbeat data
— all scoped to your tenant and never shared with other tenants.
- Usage data: API request logs (IP address, endpoint, HTTP status,
timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate your account and enforce tenant isolation.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
- To detect and respond to abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
We do not use your network telemetry for advertising or share it with third parties
except as described below.
4. Data Storage and Sub-processors
- Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in US-East).
- Render — application hosting (US region).
Each sub-processor has its own privacy and security certifications. Data is encrypted
in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
5. Tenant Isolation
All telemetry is tagged with your unique tenant identifier at the point of ingestion.
Every database query is filtered by this identifier. No query in the system can return
data belonging to a different tenant.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: retained for the lifetime of the account plus 30 days after
deletion request.
- Network telemetry: retained while your subscription is active. Trial accounts
that are not upgraded are deleted 14 days after trial expiry.
- API access logs: 30 days rolling.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise
these rights, email [email protected]. We will
respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
The web application uses localStorage solely to store your session token
and tenant preference. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts are used.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We will
notify you by email for material changes.
